About
My theatre career began onstage with a role as a cheerleader in Dear Edwina Jr. with a local children’s theatre. From there began my undying love and passion for theatre. I continued to work with the children’s theatre both as a performer and eventually an instructor and choreographer. My career transitioned to backstage at Angelo State University (ASU) where I stage managed my first production, Titanic: The Musical. From that first production, I was hooked. Taking words written on pages and creating an entirely new world onstage was and continues to be the most magical thing, and I take great pride in facilitating and contributing to each step of the process as a stage manager, lighting designer, technical director, and/or production electrician.

Since graduating, I have continued developing my skills and knowledge through working at regional, community, and educational theatres. I am currently located in Madison, WI, working to earn my membership with IATSE Local 251 as an electrician, while continuing to stage manage and lighting design as often as possible.

I currently serve as the USITT Lighting Design & Technology Commission's Communications and Conference Activities Coordinator, as well as a member of the USITT Conference Committee focused on gamification of the conference.
